Agree on all of these - especially cutting our K and P, as they aren’t great and easily replaceable. Agree about Mostert too as much as he’s done for the team his time is at an end here. And any article that says “no reason Julian Hill should be on the roster” is a winner IMO :)

Also agree on bringing Campbell and Ogbah back on such cheap deals.
 
So the article says keep Sieler, Campbell, Hand and Jones and at the same time says they need depth upfront. Seeing that the Dolphins only keep 5 interior linemen that only leaves one spot open.
 
I was disappointed to see that Poyer wasn't on the players they should extend list. ;-)

TBH, I think Sanders takes a lot of undeserved criticism.

He is a bit "streaky", but that is true of most kickers. If you look at his statistics in context of NFL kickers overall, hest actually pretty good. It's just that ppl only remember the rare bad stretches without giving credit when warranted.

IIRC, he is the team's all time FG% leader.

Yeah I don’t think B Jones has been good. Hand has been noticeable a bit and seems talented.

I don’t disagree though FG accuracy is up all over the league ever since they introduced kicking balls. These guys are so good now a 60+ yard FG has like a 60% success rate or something. Point is, everyone is accurate now so why pay a K unless they are J Tucker? I’d recycle my K every 4-5 years if I’m drafting them / singing UDFAs.

That's a different question, though.

I have a hard time blaming the player because he was able to wrangle a good contract.

Agree with your premise, though. Unless your kicker is just phenomenal, no reason to overpay.

Yeah I think Sanders has been real good the last two years after that down season. He’s consistently nailing the 50+ now too. I’ve just changed my take on the value of the position as the success rates have gone up for everyone.
