I see that most of the teams fell below expectations in your post.

Consider this, "Hope" is not a plan, but it may be an expectation.

You would have been better off picking a different, and more appropriate, set of "Goal Posts". One that aligned with the different team's drafting plans.

In practice, the teams are accountable for what they do, and planning should be one of the most important actions a team can do.

Now if their plans don't coincide with your plans, Toughski Shitski!
 
Okay. I appreciate and respect the effort.

While I do not agree with a lot of your evaluations (historically), I'm gonna delve into this.

However, I got about a third of the way in, and I had this clip pass through my brain (this literally happens to me a lot. I have movie and TV quotes and scenes pop into my head all the time in random conversations and dialogue):



How did you assign numbers to these draftees? What do they mean?
