They have the top 10 as:

OAK - JaMarcus Russell
DET - Gaines Adams
CLE - Adrian Peterson
TB - Calvin Johnson
ARI - Joe Thomas
WAS - Jamaal Anderson
MIN - Brady Quinn
ATL - LaRon Landry
MIA - Levi Brown
HOU - Amobi Okoye

the rest of our draft is:

#40 - Ryan Kalil
#60 - Anthony Gonzalez
#71 - Drew Stanton
#108 - Travarous Bain - CB, Hampton
#181 - Matt Spaeth - TE, Minnesota
#198 - Zach Latimer - ILB, Oklahoma
#219 - Dallas Sartz - OLB, USC
#238 - Jon Cornish - RB, Kansas

Now, here are some interesting things about this mock.

1 - Gaines Adams going #2? That is by far the highest I have seen him.
2 - Should it fall like this we could EASILY get Brady Quinn. We could swap picks with Washington, since it doesn't appear Minny (whos biggest needs are OG, QB, LB, and WR) or Atlanta (Landry) is interested in Anderson so they'd still get their guy, and cheaper. We give them our 3rd round pick and the #9 for their #6. There is only a 15 point value difference, and if we are projected Stanton in the 3rd, we'd basically be trading in Drew Stanton for Brady Quinn, and I'd do that any day of the week.

We'd then have Brady Quinn, Ryan Kalil, and Anthony Gonzalez as our top 3 picks, and that sounds pretty damn sweet to me!

That'd sound pretty nice to me as well. I'm really hoping we can move up w/ Washington for Quinn, if it would indeed only cost us a 3rd like that. Though to be honest I'd do it for the Pats 2nd rounder that we got for Wes also and maybe they could toss in a later round pick to even it out.

Wait it out.Quinn could be ther at 9 and that would be great. If he is not then trade down.If ther is no trade down, which I think ther always is,then draft D.Okoye,Branch,Landry or maybe even Willis.Im not sure Levi or Ginn are impact and I dont want to trade up.

Oh I'd do it for the #60 pick in a heartbeat also, in fct, that was the trade I had been advocating for WEEKS now (our #9 and 60 for their #6) should Quinn make it past the top 3, but then I checked the chart again and saw that our 1st and 3rd would only be 15 points less than the #6, which seems doable, whereas the #9 and 60 is 50 points MORE, so it's actually a worse deal for us. Both are great (hell, I'd even be willing to do #9 and #40 for Quinn), but the 1st and 3rd pick is more ideal, especially if we could pick up Kalil and Gonzalez in the 2nd. That would be QB, C, and WR problems all solved within the first 8 hours of the draft!

Honestly, after 8 years of no solid QB, I'm tired of "waiting it out". Yes, Quinn COULD be there at 9, but IF he falls past Detroit and Cleveland I don't trus Minny not to take him. I personally don't think they need him right now after all the invested in Jackson last year (trade up 2nd round), but I'm not sure they wouldn't take him JUST to try and get offers, they KNOW we want him, so it would be smart and they could milk a lot more out of us (depending on how much we want him, nobody REALLY knows) that way than if we trade up with Washington. So I would MUCH rather invest one 3rd rounder in Quinn (in addition tot eh 1st round swap) than have to pay the Vikes an arm and a leg (hypothetically speaking as if we WOULD) for the same player. SHOULD he bust or struggle, we'd have given up a LOT less.

Well, that draft is all screwed up. We don't have 9 picks, we pick 104, 166, 201 and 210, we added no DE which is probably one of the biggest needs on team. Just say no to that draft.

:yeahthat:

I have to admit that I'm on the Quinn Bandwagon. I'm going to be seriously disappointed if we don't land him...

We pick 9, 40, 60, 71, 108, 181, 219, and 238, JUST like it says :rolleyes2.

IDk where your numbers are coming from, but we don't have 9, we have 8 picks. We lost the second 6th rounder that was supposed to be from Denver because Wilkinson decided to never show up in Denver. Also, there are compensatory picks at the ends of rounds too. The order and number and picks of that draft are correct.

I would definitely love trading up with Washington. Daniel Snyder is a complete idiot. We could just trade them all of our washed up, overpriced, soon to be free agents for the number six pick. You know he'll attempt to sign all of them in free agency next year, might as well spare him the trouble.

Seriously though, if Quinn slides I would definitely trade picks 9 & 60 for the sixth pick and I'd do 9 & 71 in a heartbeat if they would accept that.
