I don't think the Dolphins would have such an awful draft. Under Wannstedt and Spielman, possibly, but I don't think so this year.

i agree with u there..god that makes me sick just looking at it lol :dolphins:
I have to 3rd this Pewter, I'm sorry.

Passing on Quinn which we'd need divine intervention just to have fall to us?

A CB in round 2 over an OT, OLB, WR, or C?

I don't like it at all brotha man but you know what they say about opinions...

Got to love Branch at 9! :D

But Rounds 2 and 3 need work...

Ya that's not a great one, sorry with the passing on Kalil in the 2nd especially.

Try this top 16 on for size, it's radically different and our pick is a shocker...

1- Johnson to the Raiders
2- Thomas to the Lions
3- Peterson to the Browns
4- Okoye to the Bucs who find no trade down partner
5- Anderson
6- Adams
7- Landry
8- Quinn
9- Russell
10- Brown
11- Branch
12- Revis
13- Timmons
14- Nelson
15- Carricker
16- Lynch

I know since Leinart fell last year everyone seems keen to think the samething will happen to Quinn but I really doubt Quinn drops out of the top 5-7 picks. Im not his biggest fan but I dont see him making it to us, Russell either. Granted workouts can change a lot of things but these two guys are going early and not to us.

Uh why? It's pretty laid out that if Oakland doesn't take a QB chances are one of them gets to atleast the 8th pick. Even if they do it's no guarantee one doesn't reach 8.

Because alot of the teams in the top 8 need a Qb. I'm not sure what people are thinking with the mocks I see all the Qbs dropping. Oakland, Cleveland, Houston, Tampa and Detriot all need a Qb. Sure they could go BPA but why on earth wouldnt Russell or Quinn be the BPA to at least two of these teams? This isn't even considering a team trading up like Carolina or GreenBay to snag one. I just don't see these two dropping, I think its a pipe dream from people that want Quinn or Russell. These two are franchise level Qbs that came from big programs, no GM is going to be afraid to pick either one. Hey the draft is a art not science and Im not DaVinci but I dont see these 'dream' scenerios that are popular on the board happening.

Alright, but teams do pass on quarterbacks quite often and there are guys like Calvin Johnson, the best WR prospect to enter the draft in who knows how long and an unbelievable player in Adrian Peterson. It isn't that strange.

True but teams fall in love with Qbs too, look at the Titans owner last year. Not that many people had Young going that high, hell a lot of people still hate him, but someone fell in love with him and they snagged him. I think these two Qbs will have someone in love with them in the top 8. Look at Gruden, he gets a man crush every year for some Qb. I do agree that CJ and Peterson are going top 8 so that does leave some room open for one of the Qbs to slide but not that far IMO.
