Congrats Phin fans, your team won a game that they desperately needed to win last night. It was an exciting game to watch. Can't say I'm not completely shocked by the type of game it was, not so much the outcome but I don't think anyone expected a shoot out. Couple things..

Chad Henne played a great game

Dan Henning had a brilliant gameplan

The wildcat was effective but boy is that frustrating to watch

Braylon Edwards can catch

This was the first of many Sanchez vs Henne battles.

Dolphins were the better team last night and deserved to win. Jets D played like crap, no two ways around it. Enjoy it and better be ready for a battle in 3 weeks.

Thanks for manning up! We will need to come up with a better plan to stop Braylon thats for sure and we will have it hard at the Meadowlands.
But yes, tonight was our night and the race to the AFC East Crown is now very exciting!

I think this rivalry just got kicked up a few notches and by "few" i mean shoot outs.

Sanchez looks good, add in Braylon and they are dangerous plain & simple
Henne looks to be our man, Still need that #1 but Ginn can be dangerous

there will be some wars between these teams for some time to come.

Our secondary is a big weakness, and I admit that I am not looking forward to Sanchez/Edwards after some time to get in synch. The rematch should be a real challenge for the Dolphins. I look forward to it.

Can't say I'm a troll, can say I do enjoy talking trash though. Like I said earlier in the week, it just adds a little something extra to what is already a great rivalry.

Btw, I started this thread before I was called out by ou in your thread. Granted it was early in the morning after being up all night watching the game so it isn't the most well thought out post, just wanted to give my props to your team who I clearly didn't think much of before the game.

I think this rivalry is officially back in business and will only get better. I liked Henne coming out of Michigan, he looks to be better then I even thought. I know a lot of you guys ahve been saying all week that Sanchez sucks but he looks to be the real deal too. The rest of the season is going to be very interesting and the future should be too. I think both teams are clearly heading in the right direction.
