1. FIRE MULARKEY! That's right, fire him. On the plane ride home, Saban needs to call him up and let him go. Promote Garrett to OC for the rest of the year. Garrett was here last year and understands the offense better than Mike. In fact, don't even let him clean out his desk.

2. REPLACE CULPEPPER WITH HARRINGTON! Now! Daunte has had 4 preseason games and 4 regular season games (against bad teams) and has done nothing. He can't read a defense, holds onto the ball way too long and won't throw the ball away when pressured. 2nd and 10 is alot better than 2nd and 18. 8 games should be enough to get into playing shape both mentally and physically. For those of you who are saying that 80% of Culpepper is better than 100% of Harrington is...well...stupid. What really worries me is the way that Culpepper played last year before the injury. He was horrible in Minny and look at how Minny played after he went down. The lights are on but nobody's home.

3. STOP THE DEFENSIVE BLITZ! First of all, we don't get to the qb. That leaves one on one coverage with the db and wrs. We saw how that went today. Let the 4 up front pressure the qb after all that is how JT has over 90 sacks in his career. Furthermore, Jason Taylor should never be downfield covering a zone. That is poor coaching and Saban needs to take charge.

I believe that if these three things are done, maybe our season is saved. If not - looks like we are picking top 5.

I don't think there is any hope for salvaging this season but I do agree with all of these, it would be an improvement.

I agree with points 2 and 3 ,i really don't think its mularkey's fault, i think us bashing him is because of our own insecurities as dolphin fans, maybe the players we have are not that good.

I too am curious about joey mainly because of what i saw in preseason,he gets setup in the pocket very i mean very fast, has a rocket for an arm,is playing without fear right now and personally i like his personality and energy and you know maybe the rest of the team feels the same.

re:

I agree with all of those except #1. If they do #2, #1 will cease to be a problem, because wins will occur.

Three Things that will turn this season around.
A. A Miracle
B. A Miracle
C. See answers A and B

HAHAHA you guys are funny. Yea great idea let's put Joey in.

Are you guys out of your minds. Do you guys know Joey's history? Did you ever watch him on the Lions? He is a career underacheiver that has never lived up to the hype. Culpepper is a pro bowl QB coming off a devastating injury and a bad season. Yea Harrington looked sharp in pre season, but so did Culpepper, remember? Culpepper is not the problem right now. He continues to get better each and every game as he gets more acclimated to the speed of the game again. I don't know how you think replacing someone who's not playing that bad right now with a career underacheiver would cure our offensive woes?

Its makes me chuckle that you would say replace Culpepper, but have nothing to say about the O-line and the reciever play thus far... sometimes the problems are more than what we think. The O-line and reciever play is the problem. Putting Harrington in would make this team worse..

Mularkey? Make him the scapegoat for Saban? Hell no. I agree that Mularkey sucks arse, but its not his fault he's here. He just took a job. Its Saban's sorry arse that should be fired on the way home.

If Wayne Huizenga doesn't fire that piece of crap Saban, then he is probably the most stupid person in professional sports. He stayed with Wannstedt waaaaayyy too long, when after the 30-7 Jets Monday nite game it was obvious that DW was in over his head. Its just as obvious that Nick Saban is a college coach.

I don't blame WH for hiring NS. Alot of teams wanted him. But its not working, and its not magically going to click. Most college coaches don't work out in the NFL. Butch Davis, Dennis Ericson, Dick McPherson, Pete Carroll....some great coaches are made for college. The NFL is a different game.

And I'll be damned if Mike Mularkey and CPep should be where the buck stops. FIRENICKSABAN.COM.

Replace an ineffective Culpepper with Joey Harrington??? That is pure blasphemy!!! Daunte is God in Miami.:sidelol:

I agree with #2 and partially with #3. Capers needs to study film from last year and see what worked. And then take a look at what he's doing.

The season is over man there's nothin going to turn it around cause we have nothin to turn it around with.Ive been watchin miami for 25 years and its always been this way they lose to the worst teams when other teams dont they give up big plays, and players have always broke out of there season slumps against miami, players brake records against us and ive seen alot of players have career days facing miami. There is no hope in sight this team has been nothin but a big f-n let down to me pretty much my whole life.If i wasn't born in miami i would not be a fan of them but i have always been a strong believer in going for the team were you come from. They are so far from being a factor in this league or a contender its sickning.
