3rd OG FA option(new to me)

I've heard of him. He is supposed to be HUGE, and a big road grater. He's the type of lineman Houck likes, but I don't see us targeting him since we already have Toniu Fonoti waiting in the stands for an opportunity or even Joe Toledo.

you've got to be joking. we won't sit on the FA sidelines because we Fonoti
 
I'd be very surprised if we don't target him if we miss on Steinbach or Dielman. Depending on how much cheaper he is than those two, I might want him the most out of all three of them.
 
There is no doubt in my mind we will sign a free agent guard. This is arguebly the strongest spot in free agency outside of maybe CB and LB. Even after Steinbach, Dielman and Dockery, who are the top 3 and all going into there 5th years, there is also Cooper Carlisle and Ruben Brown, who are also very good but a little older. Brown is 35, and I believe Carlisle is around 30.

-By the way, quickly, unless we feel Anthony Alabi is ready to start, I dont see why we don't go out right now and sign Luke Petigout. He is a top OT in this league, he is only 30, and will come cheaper than he should. I don't no why the G-men cut him, it must have been money. I no he has had recent injury problems, but it's nothing that won't heal before minicamps.

they just restructured jon jansons contract, and it will most likely enable them to resign dockery..
however , they are the redskins, and danny synder is the owner..
i look 4 him to push 4 the bigger name guys, and let dockery go..
thats how they have done it for the past 6 years.

exactly, the skins like to spend their cap room on crap like Brandon Lloyd
 
i dont care who we get as long as they are better than we have and that isnt saying much lol. no anyone of the guards would be a great addition to our squad and hopefully we get one.
 
Good option if we don't land Dielman or Steinbach. I have high hopes for Fuonoti IF Houck can convince him to stay in shape and keep his weight down.

Agree Cam will pick up 2 OL this year, which should give Houck the tools he needs to put together a good OL. Our most glaring need this off season.
