5 Minutes of Tannehill - Every Throw

I don't think people made a big enough deal about Tannehill overcoming that 1st and 20. After the drop of his first TD throw and the subsequent stalling of that drive, as weaker-minded QB might have come up small after the holding penalty.

Also, L. Miller has to be more decisive and beat the MLB on that 3rd and 6. He had wide open field and a guy who is much slower covering him. Have to win there. If that's Bush, we're talking about a big play.

It also would have behooved Ryan Tannehill on that play to recognize the man coverage and take the easy ball to Pruitt on the left side off the pick. A quick strike out to that side gets you the 1st down for sure.

One thing I noticed is that even though this passing offense is supposed to lean heavily on play action roll out plays, they only executed one play like that during the game with Tannehill in there and it was a big play. They're leaving a lot of rounds in the clip on that one.

yep...that they are...imo the pocket play was the one that i had the most reservations about...and i thought he played very well in that regard...but the play action roll outs and naked boot legs are gonna be MONEY

Like his poise in the pocket and his mobility and ability to throw on the move.

Especially in the red zone IMO

Lets hope he can keep it up. The kid has a lot to learn but this is a great start.
