Jakeem Grant

Durham Smythe

Jesse Davis

Sam Eguavoen

Clayton Fejedelem

I honestly forgot Eguavoen was still on the team. I would not be surprised if all 5 listed players don’t make final cuts. Not necessarily because they’re scrubs but because the talent and depth under Flores is rising significantly more and more every year and there probably just won’t be room for these players.

I don't see Davis getting cut. He's more versatile than anyone on the team, IMO.

That's a valuable depth asset.

No mention of Laird?

Grant: Cut when no one is willing to trade for him
Smythe: traded
Davis: Makes team, plays during injuries
Eguavoen: Early cut
Fejedelem: Late cut
A guy like Fejedelem I think will get the respect of an early cut so he can find another landing spot. I believe we let a couple vets go early last year for the same reason.

You may be correct about that one.

I replace Smythe with Williams. Gesicke may get trade, Long is a rookie, DS is safe.
Williams, injury problem and drops, definitely on the bubble.

i could see all of them going, and i wouldn't care at all.

if davis goes it means big Fluke or some other Olineman is our new 6th/7th (swing G/T).

Grant will most likely be gone and not because he isn't deserving of a roster spot, simply because Willison and Grant are the most expendable monetarily. Release both of them and save 6.9m.
