5th round swap w/KC

I am confused about the supposed 5th round swap with KC in the Surtain deal. They apparently have 2 picks in the 5th and we have one. The news stories say we are swapping our earlier pick for their later pick, but this does not make sense.
Anyone have any news on that? Care to explain?:confused:

Why doesn't it make sense??? Our pick is before either of their 2, no.

we get 162 overall (5th round pick)

they get 138 (5th round pick)
