2 things from the practice.1) I love the secondary work I'm seeing.2) Would anyone be upset to sit Ronnie this year and let Ricky carry the load while one of the younger guy's plays backup? Watching Ronnie run he still looks rather timid, I would rather lose him now, then to see him re-injure his knee because he came back to soon. Maybe I'm to cautious, but I just don't see a reason to rush him back. Thoughts?

June is a long way from September. Maybe Ronnie's running timid now, as he should be, but you better believe he'll be testing that knee towards preseason.

I agree on the CB work. I like what I am seeing especially from Will Billingsley and Joey Thomas. If they can progress we may see Travis Daniels gone which I don't think really surprises, but it is still very early. As far as Ronnie, he will play. Maybe he will be limited but no way does he not see some kind of action come Week 1.

Could not pull up your link, but if the new corners are looking good, does that mean our recievers are looking bad?? Hard to make any sense of these early practices.

No, it was the secondary practicing with the secondary. I like this type of practice cause the secondary plays offense and defense helping them not only defend, but working on their pass catching skills and they view the ball from a different position during the drill.

sun sent blog said that our WR looked like crap n' everyone was dropping passes.

I have a bad feeling that our wr corp could be the weekest link on the whole team but this is still early june . if we are bad in the pre season and and the first three regular season games then we have trouble.

Man! I love that 1st. one....that position worries me a lot. Let's pray W. Allen doesn't get hurt.
