I know it is a stretch but.....I think the Dolphins could be 7-6 after week 14.

Just look at the schedule

11/19 - vs vikings 4-5 - Home
11/23 - @ Lions 2-7 - Away
12/2 - vs Jacksonville 5-4 - Home
12/9 - Vs New England 6-3 - Home

We also play the jets on monday at home as well on christmas.

It is a possibility we coould be 7-6 after week 14, a good one at that. And with the way NE is playing and the unpredictable Jets, The division could still be ours.:dolphins: What does everyone think?

If there's anything that I've learned this year, it's that you can't predict single games. There's no saying that we will beat Jacksonville and New England but we do get them at home. Our only road game is against a team we should beat so who knows. I am certainly rooting for it and I certainly think it's possible. If we are 5-6 after the Detroit game, then playoffs become a real reality.
 
After the way this season started, its at least fun to dream about a playoff spot if nothing else. I still think its a far-fetched dream as there's just no margin for error anymore and in today's NFL, its too hard to run the table.

You can make a legitimate case for the Phins winning every remaining game on the sked.....but you can also make a legitimate case for them losing almost all those games too. The goal should be to get to .500 and then we can do some real playoff talkin'
 
3 of those games are really really tough games. I can see us beating the vikes and lions, but the jags defense could give us problems. That game will be really low scoring. And New England is always an interesting game, there is no way to predict that game. I would love to win out and make the playoffs, but we have a very tough road. If we win out the rest of the season and make the playoffs, would that be the greatest turn around in NFL history? Not to say we couldnt do it, theres always a first for everything. Im sure people told steeler fans that no 6 seed had ever won the superbowl, but look what happened.
 
anything is possible.but roonie must get 95-100 healthy.its not good this got out-about his groin.people will start putting 8 in the box again.they will make joey beat them-not good.we need a good back up running back.you could tell ronnie was hurt.when he got hit,he didnt keep driving through them --like in the bears game.he didnt go down-but kinda just stood there after he got hit.i'm a ronnie fan-BUT HE MUST GET HEALTHY,AND CARRY THE TEAM.IT'S ARE ONLY CHANCE.TO BE A GOOD -NO GREAT RUNNING TEAM.THE O-LINE IS COMING AROUND TO.HE ALSO GOT TWEAKED LAST YEAR -MID TO LATE IN THE YEAR.THAT CAN'T HAPPEN THIS YEAR,IF WE HAVE ANY CHANCE AT ALL.
 
It's possible, but I think we all should just enjoy each victory as it comes. If we keep improving and getting better and win ball games, the standings and everything else will take care of itself.
 
Yeah lets concentrate on minnesota right now...I looked at the games vs houston and packers instant wins but now i dont see any games like that anymore.
 
Season

The dolphins season been very unpredictable, but I was really down on the play of this team in the early games. The fins we are seeing now seem to be on the right track so anything is possible. Ohh, by the way I belive I saId that that K.C defense was not all that scary but just a bunch of big names!!!!!Also in regards to the rest of this season we have gained 2 games last 2 weeks on the Pats,and these games aheaD look winable if we are the team we watched the last few weeks. While I will wins against Minny and Det will put us at 5-6, its the jax game I think will put us over at the 500 mark. We played them in preseason, dont mean much but we saw their personel. Now how many weeks later they look very beatable against the Texans yesterday. YES I DO THINK WE CAN WIN EVERY GAME TILL PROVEN other wise!!!!!!!

THIS SEASON FAR FROM OVER WITH ALL THESE TEAMS LOSING WE CAN catch up to the pack!!!!!! PluS a lot of home games comming up dark jersey for the visting team will also help wear are teams down. Luv to see Jax up in Barfallo in Dec!!!! GOOD LUCK we know that place sucks with the wind and cold in Dec.
 
It's hard not to look ahead at the schedule and speculate. I've looked through the end of November and stopped there, and I really think the Dolphins should be 5-6 at that point. But we'll see what happens.
 
If we go on a 9 game win streak and make the playoffs we will be one tough team to beat come playoff time.
