If you buy into the notion of the 7 Deadly Sins as an explanation of human nature, then you can argue that there evidence of all the sins on this board.
Envy... what Dolphins fans are doing as they speak about other teams and other players they covet.
Pride... Can be positive in terms of team support, and can be more evil in terms of not being receptive to more positive points of view about the team in times of trouble.
Gluttony... This is dedicated to those of us who eat sleep and think Dolphins too much of our time.
Greed... those of us who care more about what we can gain from Dolphin wins than in the team aspect of things (braggin rights; I this and I that)
Lust.... Similar to envy in that we get caught up with total football satisfaction (e.g., perfect line, perfect play calling; perfect everything); such things consume us
Anger/Wrath.... What you may be seeing most of this week. May combine with pride to put people in their place this week on this board (e.g., too much complaining; too much idealism and sugar coating)
Sloth ... describes some of us as we argue in a weak manner about our points on this board (don't do our homework); describes our overall attitude when there is little to cheer about (apathy)
Now there are probably better examples of each sin, and I will guess some of you will provide such. But you get the idea. If you don't subsribe to such a view of human nature provide your view with examples.
By the way, this is not an exercise in judgement, but more so in philosophy and a point of view. Not meant to insult.
