We are 2-4 10 games left. 6 more wins
and we are 8-8. 5 games at home, 5 on the road.
I will not pinpoint or make predictions, but to be a 500
team will be tough to accomplish

I'd be happy with 6-10 at this point, two more wins than last year is still an improvement.

I will only be satisfied if we run the table and Win out or loose em all..

I'm not really that concerned with the wins and losses at the end of the season, I just want to see improvement in this team. Whether that can be done with Frerotte at the healm, seems to be getting more and more unlikely every week. If this team goes out and competes every game, picks up a couple wins here and there, and shows improvement of both sides of the ball, I will be satisfied.

8-8 is what I was hoping for at the beginning of the year. Im not so sure now. Draft picks are the only way to go at this points. Going 8-8 will gaurantee that we lose some. Dunno. Its depressing.

I predicted 7-9 when the season started. That still looks likely to me.

I know what you mean. I never have and never will root for this team to lose a single game but it totally sucks to win just barely enough to get yourself a mediocre 1st round pick. PLAYOFFS OR BUST...

I figured the Phins as a .500 team through the first half of the season, then hoped for a winning record as the offense and defense got comfortable with the new schemes, etc.

I may have been too optimistic. :( Gus has gone from solid to bad in his play these past few games. Every QB not only has to avoid the killer mistake (pick 6) but ALSO has to make a play or two during the game. Is it time for Sage? I'd give Gus the first half of the Saints game to turn it around versus a struggling team, if he plays the same, then Sage gets the second half and the rest of the season.

If Sage falters, then give Lemon a shot. Granted, the kid needs at least a month to get the basics of the offense down though. At least we would see if we have a diamond in the rough with Lemon.

The offensive play-calling is suspect at this point though. I can't believe Brown is getting so few touches. Go with the conservative offense, as it plays to the strength of the team right now. Yeah, a big pass play or two would be good, off of play-action. This putting the game on Gus' arm is just stupid when the guy is well under 50% on completions. :yell:

If Miami wins against the Saints, .500 looks much more likely with 5 wins needed and 5 more home games.

Well we made a significant improvement with penalites. There wont be tomany circumstances games will be played under last nights premise.

can we win 6 out of the last 10.. perhaps...If we went .500 for the remainder of the season I would be happy.

4-5 wins....if the're lucky. The Dolphins are playing old and tired football....and now injuries are coming....say good night Gracy.

I was think that too 7-9 or 8-8 either one is a victory.

I also went with 7-9 at the start of the season and don't think we'll quite make it there (although I always hope for playoffs and beyond). We'll see how it goes in Baton Rouge. One game at a time.

As others have said, I just want to see improvement, particularly on the OL. There is just no way we can have a completely new one next year, so some must step up and play as a unit.

my prediction was 7-9 or 8-8

I think at best where we get all the lucky breaks we beat the Saints , Patriots(1), Browns, Raiders, Bills ,jets ,Titans

if we keep playing like we are now, we only get 3 more wins.

but its a rebuilding year so its ok
