All present at part of #Dolphins practice media allowed to watch except DT Starks, LB Misi.

Randy Starks, dealing with back problem, is not at Dolphins practice. Has been spending time with trainers.

And no Koa Misi in early stages, either. Ankle could sideline him another week.

CB Cortland Finnegan on side. Might be listed as limited today. Reason unknown. #Dolphins

Satele remains first team center. Looks like Pouncey is being given more time before he returns to game action

Need Starks and Misi.

Trusnick needs to go back to being that stellar special teams player he is and never see the light of day as a every down LB.
 
We really need Misi back out there, thought this would be the week but doesn't look like it.
 
I would give Pouncey, Misi, and anyone else hurting the extra time from the bye week. I would also do the same with Clay, who is not himself.
 
Regarding Tannehill's comments about creating distraction, Philbin said he accepts responsibility that he created distraction but Philbin declined to specifically say if he would have handled this differently if he had it to do over.

Joe Philbin says the Raiders "are a good football team."

Joe Philbin says he decides whether starting QB finishes same way he does any other player.


These three are from Walker..
According to @ESPNStatsInfo, only 14 percent of teams made the playoffs since 1990 w/1-3 start. The Dolphins prob wouldn't be the exception.

But a 2-2 record after four games entering the bye at least offers the #Dolphins hope and some much-needed optimism going forward. Big game.

I'm usually not the "must-win" type in September. But being around the #Dolphins (1-2) this week, the feeling I get is they MUST beat Oak.

They fly out tonight.

Stuff em full of food so everyone sleeps on the plane.

Light practice on Friday. (Probably some NFL PR crap after for the London game)

Walk through on Saturday. (Probably more NFL PR crap for London game)

Game Sunday.

Tannehill needs to shut the **** up. When peoples expectations are you'll make us forget about Andy Dalton but all you do is make us remember Chad Henne distractions are going to arise. First you blamed Sherman. Now you're passing the blame on to Philbin. Look in the ****ing mirror buddy. If you want to avoid distractions: play better!!!!

You can't win your championship in September, but you can sure lose it.

We started 3-0 last year. 3-0 teams had a 75% chance of making the playoffs. We didn't. Therefore, I don't give a ****, I just wanna win.
