Belichick and the Patriots humbled Chad OchCinco back into Chad Johnson. For this reason I believe that Chad is going to have a good year this year. Especially against the Patriots. I think Chad's ego is large enough that he will do everything in his power to re-establish some sort of pride in his football abilities.

Not going to thank them just yet. Although I think he can revitalize his career somewhat with us, it's still a wait-and-see thing. Who knows if he's really motivated again. Hopefully he is, but age and attitude are always big factors. After all it IS Chad!

name the last veteran player for me who beli cut weight with and added up to a hill of beans anywhere else??? i'm just wondering if there is anyone cause i can't seem to recall one

Richard Seymore was my first thought. Just let BenJarvus Green Ellis leave as well.

Does that mean it will never happen? I guess since Bill is so perfect we should never look at who he cuts.

I'll thank them if 85 has a big year, and the Pats clearly flubbed this decision. Until that actually happens on the field I'll go ahead and assume that the Pats had this one right because, simply put, they deserve the benefit of the doubt and we don't. Sure they haven't WON a super Bowl in a while, but they sure as **** have been a lot closer than we have year in and year out.

yeah i have a hard time thinking we pulled a fast one on bill belichick...the guy who cut weight with randy moss at just the right time...

Ty Law. Led league in interceptions and was a Pro Bowler after Belichick dumped him. Lawyer Milloy also.

Deion Branch played pretty well for Seatle for 4 years after NE cut him and then ok for another year when they let him go again.
