A Dolphins thread...I know its a werid thought

I have seen alot of post about this FA and that FA and Jay Cutler. I just thought it would be nice to have a Dolphins thread for us to talk about.

Talk about anything you want...the season...our FA pick ups....players your excited about.....rumors....workouts you think we need to know about from possible draft picks...ITS WIDE OPEN



I personally am really excited to see our defense this year cause i think we will add atleast teo young LB's through the draft and cuts and a CB to get ready to take Allen's spot eventually. It may be a pretty green D but i see it doing very well alot of athletes who can play several positions i think that gives us alot more options for blitizing and coverage packages.


So what do you want to talk about?

A part of me wants Jay Cutler for his ability and talent.

But I don't want to betray Henne or Pennington in the process.

I'm much more excited about having a future with Chad Henne than Jay Cutler. I'm strength is so over rated with QB's. After seeing Cutler's response or lack there of following the Cassel to KC trade.... I don't really care for him.

Cutler has the potential to be the next elite QB in the NFL
our QB stable is excellent & moving forward
Would the Dolphin leadership be interested?
if the price were right I'm sure they would consider it

however, the price won't be right, too many teams in line to bid on Cutler &
don't need a QB controversy in Miami in the middle of the rebuilding process

if it were to happen, his acquisition would be brought about quickly & quietly
We would know without fanfare & after the fact
as always,
I remain open to all possibilities in regards to a Franchise QB
but for the record, don't think it's in the cards :D

I'm looking forward to our wide recievers expecially Bess. IMO he is the best non drafted player that Miami has ever picked up that I can recall. I know that he has only one year under his belt but he had a highly productive year not being a starter. Bill was quick on picking him up the day after the draft. And oh yeah say NO TO CUTLER!!!

I find it funny that you create a thread asking us to talk about the Dolphins because people are talking too much about FA's and Cutler, and the first 3 posts talk about Cutler.

All jokes aside, i wouldnt mind talking about the influx of quality players we have around here right now. Think back to this time last year, our roster was awful. Now we have a ton of young players with alot of potential.

Right now, believe it or not, our offense is looking pretty good !

I'm just curious to see how this regime builds its defense !!! I think Wake is the pass rush opposite Porter that we need. I also like Roth, so obviously i don't think we have a need another OLB just yet. My concerns are NT, CB, and ILB.
