A Failure to Communicate

Great article. Sums it up nicely. Management is so completely out of touch with the team.

Reminds me of that season of Mad Men when Sterling-Cooper was owned by the British agency.

I admit a MAJOR mistake. I thought his presser was a distraction for the game. I was wrong. Obviously, the player knew nothing of it. However, from reading this I can think of something worse....the players actually have NO IDEA what is happening above them. Pressers, statements, committees....confusion.

Confusion is actually worse than what I thought was a pregame distraction.

Ross means well, but has no idea what to do. Kind of sad. He needs to hire a grizzled NFL FO vet and let him be the team president. Allow him to hire a GM and HC all with the same vision for the team.

What happened to the idea of the Dolphins being more open like Ross said a couple of years ago? They are not open even among themselves how are they going to be open with the media and fans? Now they are going to be forced to be open with the NFL investigation team. It seems like their worst fears are going to be realized. If only they weren't so paranoid to begin with.
