None other than the best guard in free agency, Kris Dielman. Cam has known the kid since he was 16 years old, recruited him, coached him at Indiana and now with the Chargers.

Not to mention the Hudson Houck connection as well.

If you watch an interview with Cam that someone posted yesterday, he talks about Kris as if its his son. Something to the effect of, "I've known Kris a long time, if I need him to do better I just say shut up and get in that huddle." Of course there was some humor in that quote, but it just was very evident that the two have a strong connection. Would be a great signing for the Fins for the RG spot.

Yep, Kris played TE under Cameron. Didn't become a lineman until his senior year and that was defense.

Just another reason this guy shouldn't be a hc.

Considering the revolving door at RG last year, it would be a nice signing. I hope it happens. That would actually solidfy the right side from center over. Hadnot-Dielman-Carey. We would just have to figure out the mess called the left side of the line.

Really? Because he had the vision to turn a TE into one of the best guards in the NFL?

Jared Gaither in the 2nd round please.

I think Jeno James' status is uncertain at this point as well- if I remember correctly he has a high cap number this year, and has had injury problems. It might depend on how the new staff feels about Joe Toledo, and whether he is able to slide in at LG. Assuming Houck stays though, I am sure Toledo will still be held in pretty high regard. I have a feeling Hud pretty much makes the picks at OL.

He probably wasnt big enough to be a lineman, thats very common in the college game. No reason to slander Cameron.

Pretty sure he has been the one coaching him through his development as a top NFL guard.

If we got Dielman, we could move Shelton to LG, i really liked the way he played guard, and he is used to being on the left side from when he played tackle so LG might be an even better fit for him

how in the world are you dolfans happy with cameron is he bringing LT GATES AND RIVERS ???
