I see a lot of posts going way over the top as a result of last Sunday. No, it wasn't a good day for the Dolphins, and yes it was embarrassing..........but lets keep a few things in perspective as we go forward in this season.

1) We finished 1-15 last season, we hit rock bottom and it takes more than 2 games to turn that around.

2) This is a very young team with many young players playing, they are going to make mistakes and look bad at times in the growing process.

3) Clearly the O-line has not gelled yet, but it will.

4) Our starter can't stretch the field the way an NFL QB needs to be able too, but our young draft pick in waiting sure can.

5) If you put together one of the most prolific QB's in history (Kurt Warner) and one of the best receiver tandems in the league, they are going have days where they run up 30 + points on anybody, no the defense didn't play well, but sometimes the other side plays so well that our offense is just going have to get to the point that they can match them point for point when that does happen. There were many days when Marino, Duper & Clayton couldn't be stopped either, and our opponents simply had to outscore them.....remember some of the Jet duels? So cut the young defense a little slack. Remember what Marino and company did to one of the best teams ever(85' Bears), best defenses ever?

No, I'm not saying this team is a contender yet, and there will certainly be more ugly days like last week to come. But some of you just seem to have no patience at all for the rebuild process.

Lets remember, Parcells & Company just got here this year, they did not replace the horror of Wannstedt four years ago. Lets give them some time before we give up on them.

Regarding your last thought. I'm just thinking.......

If I had Wanny, Nick Saban, and Cam Cameron
all standing in front of me at the same time,
which one would I kick in the n@ts first?:azmang:

It would have to be Wanny first, he did the most damage, then probably Saban followed by Cameron.

What about a 3 Stooges triple slap?
