Position: T
Class: Sr
School: University of Tennessee
Conference: SEC
Ht., Wt.: 6-10, 280
40 Time: 5.10

BIOGRAPHY: Three-year starter who began his career at right tackle before moving to the left side as a junior. Awarded All-Conference and All-American honors the past two years.
POSITIVES: Massive blocker who has possibilities at both tackle positions. Terrific pass protector who displays better-than-average footwork and outstanding fundamentals. Quickly gets his hands up and makes good use of blocking angles and body positioning. Slides out protecting the edge, fights throughout the action, and always looking to hit someone. Turns defenders off the line and shows the ability to adjust. Controls defenders once engaged at the point and plays with a nasty streak. Looks to annihilate opponents.
NEGATIVES: Not a dominant drive-blocker who gets a lot of movement off the line. Marginally effective on the second level.
ANALYSIS: Long is an outstanding college lineman with good potential for the next level. He plays with power and a large degree of intelligence. A natural right tackle at the next level, do not dismiss his ability to protect the blindside.
PROJECTION: Early First Round
