How about Tony Dungy? I hear that he may be leaving the Colts ( I can't understand why anyone would want to leave the Colts) but any way how about Dungy? What would we have to give up to get him?

Feed Tony Dungy

No way, I don't want Dungy. He's a good coach that just simply doesn't have what it takes to get over that hump.

Dungy said hes staying. Unlike Saban, Dungy doesnt lie.

Charlie Weis could fix our offense..keep Capers!

Chan Gailey's offense was very effective here and we have not made the playoffs since he left. He was very imaginative on offense and his best 3 offensive players were RB-Lamar Smith, QB-Jay Fiedler, WR-Orande Gadsden.
We now have RBs Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams, WRs-Chris Chambers and
Marty Booker but at this point no QB . Cleo Lemon and Duante Culpepper certainly has better physical tools than Jay Fiedler. If we hire Chan Gailey we are brining in an Offensive minded Coach who's players know his system (remember, Mike Mularky learned from him at Pittsburgh). I am sure he would also keep Dom Capers since they all worked together in Pittsburgh and this would give the Dolphins the continuity they need. My vote goes to Chan Gailey.
