Since you guys know him better than most college football fans, does Saban liek to blitz every play on Defense? I saw some of that in pre-season and it caused our Defense to get tired in the fourth quarter, prob our weakest quarter in recent years.

Also teh only time i watched a LSU game was of course the 2004 Sugar Bowl disaster, and from what i saw OU had a shot to come back cause there Defense was tired from blitzinbg way to much, tehy had lost there fire.

I just dont think our aging Defense can handel taht much, Yes I know we have some new young talent, but itll take a long time to get use to. Just thx in advance LSU Fans. :D

What in the hell are you talking about? You do understand that the players who started the game are not the players who ended the game, and it's extremely unlikely that fatigue in the 1st string players was hurting the 3rd string players.

 So true.

Yes, we will blitz and we will be better because of it.

It will look like we are going to blitz on every play.

But a lot of those are disguised. Say for instance, pre-snap, we will have two linebackers come to the line of scrimmage on the right side, and when the play starts, they will drop off into coverage and we will send a corner or safety from the left side.

Saban's scheme is all about confusing the offense. It's gonna be fun.

2004 Sugar Bowl -- Do you remember how the game ended? In case you don't, it was a delayed blitz by the middle linebacker right up the middle. Jason White was sacked and the game was over. Hopefully, the Dolphins are that tired and lose their fire at the end of each game.
