First off, as optimistic as I normally am I am just as mad as everyone here and feel Ireland should have been let go moons ago. I am not mad because of the lack of free agency moves because SB are not won in free agency but by the national perception we have. That sucks and I feel Ireland has alot to do with it. So I would be happy to see him gone but don't see this team as completely done just yet. We are gonna have a nice number of draft picks this year to do some work and while we have missed on some picks in the past we've also have some guys we've picked up who are contributing quite a bit. As hard as it may be, we really have to be patient and wait this all out. At the end, I think Philbin is putting his 2 cents in building this team through the draft. Hopefully that will propel us for continued success i.e Packers, Pats....It may not be great this year (I see an 8-8 kinda year) but I think we will get this right in the next year or so. When Flynn sucks in Seattle, many of the same guys saying told you so are the ones crying right now....

It looks like my highpoint for next season is to watch the drama build up leading to Irelands firing. After every game we lose because of bad players, maybe we'll see Ross walk out of the stadium mad, and ireland running after him saying, "It's not m fault!"

David Garrard could end up being a pretty good quarterback for us. I think Matt Moore has his work cut out to keep his starting job.

Those arent the receivers who will be starting for us....still plenty to go this offseason....im sure we can find someone that dropped as many balls as marshall did last year
Wow did you take that quote out of context. He said he didn't want Ireland fired because he fails to land big name free agents, he wants him fired because the team has such a bad reputation now because of how Ireland is perceived around the league and around the country.
