We can score points but we cant stop the run/screen and 10yds out patterns turning into 20yd gains.
We're better this year than last. And next year will keeping improving. Just takes time.
Ain't it ironic....defense used to be the strength and cornerstone of our team. Now it's the defense that's costing us games! Hopefully they get their acts together for the rest of the season or it's going to be a LOOOOONG one. No doubt there will be some major shake up in the secondary come this offseason.

This year's draft centered on both lines. Next year's draft will most likely focus on WR's and DB's. Remember everyone, we are rebuilding and are a couple of years away still.
Those two wins I think got all our hopes up. If we win 6 to 8 this year it will be a good year. Be patient.

No amount of talent will help if you cant tackle. This game really does hearken back to the Dolphins of old. Just an atrocious job tackling today. It's amazing how quickly the defense went from a very pleasant surprise to being a complete mess the last couple of games.

No pressure on a rookie QB killed them today but the only problem isn't the defense. There is no go-to WR's. A lot of complimentary players but no one to break things open.
