A thought on something new to be put into the next CBA

What do you guys think about adding this into the next CBA?

Each individual team only being able to modify 2 players contracts during an NFL calendar year.

I am getting tired of seeing all these teams modify players contracts. Yes Im Hating

I don't think this is a good thing to add to the CBA. Teams modify contracts all of the time, whether it be extending a contract or restructuring. It allows teams to secure players, as well as giving them wiggle room to work within the cap.

Players already have a hard time as it is raising a family when they don't know what to expect for the long-term. Doing this would make it that much more difficult for players to settle down with their families and for teams to keep a consistent amount of players on its roster.
