Yep, looks like they're all safe. Wasn't that Soliai's agent going off on the Phins yesterday on twitter?
 
That deal is totally fair btw. I would sign off now on it. Big Paul is good player that plays his ass off.

Tag Grimes and re-sign Soliai.

Careful...it was all over Mike Sherman and Joe...not the FO.

I would run to sign that deal. It is so fair. PLUS, signing Paul gives you and option of going to a 3-4 if it floats your boat.
 
problem here is teams get us in the nickle and solia comes off the field...so we dont get the same snap count you'd like to see with big paul that the contract should dictate...but maybe if starks goes solia gets more nickle run...i doubt he gets much pass down run though cause i bet next year odrick is next tothe kicked inside vernon on those sets and jordan is at end opposite wake
 
he's worth the contract from a player stand point but is he worth it to this team that gets in the nickle so much and takes him off the field right now a lot in those sets??? there is the rub

i say probably yes as someone must keep these lbs clean as much as possible

I honestly can not believe this ****ing moron is going to get one more year to **** up this team as the GM.
 
If we get that 5 year $6m/year deal signed, we gotta another steal.
 
That's a fair deal... I kinda prefer Starks to Soliai, personally, but wish we could keep both. Not sure why, but because they took snaps away from Starks this season, he has been unfairly underrated by this message board.

That deal for Soliai is solid, though. I mean, if we keep it closer to $6mil/year...

with our LB's? it isn't gonna matter
 
With the Jets, Bills and now even the Pats looking run the ball, a big body is necessary to compete within the division.
