Cleaning up the penalties is a must. We are going on three straight years of being terrible in that department. Need to fix that this year.

I also think its important to note both Parker and Stills were out and IMHO that led to an even more vanilla offence, albeit Stills is more important than Parker (or doesn't go MIA at least).
