Man I've been a supporter of Preston, but that would have been my first cut. I don't believe we'll be able to trade him.
Is he #2 or #3 or #4 on TE depth chart right now? It's all been about WR and QBs regarding reporting. Heard Jack from TE position reports.

This is a tough one. I have been maintaining that we are short at this position, and this just makes it worse.
Yes, he was only a rotational DE/DT tweener, but he logged a significant number of snaps and we didn't really bring in anyone to compete with him but Ben Stille, a UDFA out of Nebraska. For those of you who attend practice, take a long LONG look at Stille and let us know how he looks.
