Adam Gase interview on SiriusXM NFL Radio

I had a feeling the Manning thing was blown out of proportion. It was made out like Manning came down to visit Gase for the sole reason of his great respect and admiration for him. Turns out he was just there on business and stopped by quickly and ate lunch with Tannehill since he also happened to be there. Still cool, and he wouldn't have bothered if he didn't respect Gase, but it wasn't all that some made it out to be.
 
i understand its the offseason and there is not much to talk about but it drives me crazy when the talking heads act like Suh working out in Oregon is some slight at the organization. dude has been doing it his entire career and he has been an All-Pro five times in six seasons. it only indicates to me they are incompetent at their jobs.

This time of year, the offseason, a guy like Manning incidentally pays a visit somewhere and incidentally Adam Gase is there and incidentally Ryan Tannehill is there, and incidentally lunch happens between Manning and Tannehill. This time of year, nothing is motivated by the coaches, and nothing is more than lunch.
 
Plenty of great players have had their own offseason workout plan where they do their own thing . This is just blown out of proportion because he stepped on a " guy" once and now he's this "bad character" guy . Not that big a deal .
 
I have a feeling like even if that's true (and it probably is), Adam Gase still has to say that because of the CBA.
 
Gase was the one that re-juvinated manings's career. Gase will have more importance in the relationship
