Vague "sources" and inaccurate reporting reporting has really made me turn sour on him, but this one puts him in Drew Rosenhaus type company:

Adam Schefter
of
ESPN
says that the Dolphins chances of landing the QB is dwindling, specifically because of the media circus that swamped him when he arrived in Miami after his “I’m going to miss you Indy” farewell presser.

[/URL]Right, because no other city would've swarmed the future Hall of Famer as soon as he touched down. Schefter is officially a dope. This is terrible, lazy reporting, and he needs to be called on it, BIG TIME.

I guess he won't go to Denver now since they had helicopters following him.

I used to like schefter when he was with nfln. Ever since he went to ESPN he went to crap. ESPN sux.

This is older than dirt. I IMPLORE the mods to please post some kind of message telling people to READ THE BOARD before posting, seeing as how there is a new Manning thread every 2 seconds. I mean, its totally out of control.

BSPN seems to act like a pervasive lethal ebola virus strain - at least for those who might have demonstrated a modicum of forthrightness, integrity and competence in a previous life. :idk:

I get the feeling that ESPN pushes Quantity over Quality in their reporting, they seem to want their reporters to be saying something even if its not at all true to keep people watching. I always thought of Schefter as someone who was very well informed. But lately his reporting has gotten sloppy

I wish we could get a timeline on his tweets for the last 48 hours and up to when peyton signs with a team.

I have to say, when I heard him say that stuff about the media I was kind of dumbfounded. Seeing as how Manning spent 30 mins or so answering those reporters that were following him around Miami.

These guys only say what they are told to say by agents, teams and players. They make lawyers look good.
