D) its the principal of over-paying it is a negative thing to do.

When will people learn that the media really knows no more than most fans? After last season you'd think people would calm the **** down about what the media says/writes.

If Fisher is going to be the next HC for the Miami Dolphins we'll find out when, and only when, he and/or the Dolphins FO tells us and not one second before.

a) Ross will be handcuffed with this decision for at least another 3 years, regardless of salary...
b)Ross as proven he will dish out the money, when necessary.
c) We're allready ESPNs punching bag, that wont change, regardless of who Ross picks as our next head coach.
d) The principal of over-paying is already well implemented in the NFL and all of pro sports...

everything indicates that ross is going to throw money at fisher. although those reports could MAYBE be false. i highly doubt they are, so im going on what we are all going on at this point.

if Fisher gets highly paid at the rate some are speculating on, or gets into some bidding war and throws cash at fisher - i guarantee it will be too much for fishers caliber. Fisher is a SECOND CHANCE coach. Fisher is not some successful super bowl winner like cowher who chose to leave and now maybe choose to come back. the guy was pushed out of TN and never accomplished anything consistent. anything paying him in the upper rung of coaches is TOO MUCH. sure this is my opinion but its a pretty valid opinion.

imo people want to tag Fisher as some lame coach that was with Tennessee for 16 years ? Fisher isnt a 2nd hand coach i live here in Tenn, and i get to see alot of games , as i said callem what you want but FISHER was what about 1 yard or foot from winning a SB in Tenn , not only that but he had his hands tied up by Mr Bud Adams if he wanted to go after a player he had to get the ok by Mr Adams ,not only that but Fisher knew he couldnt win with VY but Bud insisted him to win with him ,not only did Fisher know that VY wasnt the answer in Tenn but ALL the fans knew this as well ,and imo if Fisher had been able to go get the player or players he wanted in Tenn he would have prob still been there ,as far as Ross paying Fisher to much , What is to much ? for a coach that was 1 yard or foot from winning a SB AND THAT WAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO GO GET THE PLAYERS HE WANTED WHILE HE WAS THERE ? SO TELL ME WHAT IS TO MUCH .?
