Over the past couple days, I really don't agree with what everyone has been saying on here but hey, everyone is entitled to an opinion. However, watching monday night football, theisman pointed out something about mcnabb that even hasn't been said about culpepper. McNabb had a couple of poor throws in the first half, with the ball coming up 5 yards short of the receiver...sounds familiar. He said the main point of throwing mechanics is like a golf swing. Fluid motion of the arm as well as planting the leg to generate the power for the ball. I support Culpepper through and through but if he can't plant his leg, Saban has to see this.

This has been said before but I did notice he was using his plant leg more this past week than previous weeks.

he has been stepping into his throws more, it is hard to plant your feet when you are off your feet and on the ground most of the time

Or when you slip one tackle and then stand in one place for 2 seconds until Super Mario jogs over for his first sack.

uh you also left out a ton of that .... the mian point was when it goes into the ground is cause hes trying to throw it too hard instead of allowing his body to throw the ball. Culpepper has had two throws I believe that were similar to the throw McNabb threw.

My advice= STOP WATCHING MARK BRUNELL .... and start watching someone who puts the ball in the air and past the first down marker

how about u guys chill on cpep, theres a reason hes in the nfl and your not, the man knows what he's doing... although it may not always seem that way

ummm i thought he was in the league to win football games?? but thats just my opinion so i guess you want an apology for being pissed that the phins bring in someone to get a superbowl ring.... and hes not doing his job?? So i mean we are entitled to our own opinion my friend... and no where did anyone say that they could do a better job.... but then again we arent the ones getting payed to make plays so my bad for expecting him to do it

Our bad, we thought this was a Phins forum to discuss our thoughts on the Phins.
