This could be a fun timekiller...Here's what a Bills fan proposed as his list...

QB - Tom Brady, Chad Pennington, JP Losman, AJ Feeley
RB - Corey Dillon, Curtis Martin, Willis McGahee, Sammy Morris
FB - Jerald Sowell, Daimon Shelton, Patrick Pass, Heath Evans
TE - Randy McMichael, Daniel Graham, Mark Campbell, Chris Baker
WR - Eric Moulds, Laveranues Coles, Chris Chambers, David Givens
OT - Jason Fabini, Mike Williams, Damion McIntosh, Matt Light
OG - Pete Kendell, Chris Villarriel, Steve Neal, Jeno James
C - Kevin Mawae, Seth McKinney, Dan Koppen, Trey Teague

DE - Shaun Ellis, Jason Taylor, Richard Seymour, Aaron Schobel
DT - Sam Adams, Dewayne Robertson, Vince Wilfork, Jeff Zgonina
OLB - Takeo Spikes, Willie McGinest, Eric Barton, Junior Seau
MLB - London Fletcher, Zach Thomas, Jonathan Vilma, Tedy Bruschi,
CB - Nate Clements, Sam Madison, Donnie Abraham, Asante Samuel
FS - Eric Coleman, Tebucky Jones, Troy Vincent, Eugene Wilson
SS - Rodney Harrison, Lawyer Milloy, Reggie Tongue, Deandre Eiland

K - Adam Vinatieri, Olindo Mare, Doug Brien, Rian Lindell
P - Brian Moorman, Josh Miller, Matt Turk, Toby Gowin
KR - Terrence McGee, Bethel Johnson, Wes Welker, Justin McCareins

Coach - Bill Belichick, Herman Edwards, Mike Mularkey, Nick Saban

That is very biased. They seem to have left both Bowens and Chester off of the DT list. There are so many other things that I would change that I feel too tired to correct. However I must say that how is Losman ahead of Feeley when he hasn't even started a game? Don't even get me started with Saban at #4.

Overall I'd say it's respectable.
But:
- Pat Surtain hasn't been traded yet, until then he should be ahead of Donnie Abraham and arguably Sam Madison. Clements had a very good year and because of that he's deserves number 1.

- How does London Fletcher make it in front of ZT, Vilma and Bruschi ?
I'd like to see those 3 with TKO by their side and protected by Sam Adams and Pat Williams.

- I'd put Eugene Wilson in front of Vincent (who's never played FS before) and Tebucky Jones.

Also it goes to show you how much individual talent means.
The World champion Pats have less top representatives then the Jets and the Bills (4 top players for the Pats compared to 6 for the Jets and 7 for the Bills)
Or how good their top players are: Tom Brady, Adam Viniatieri, Rodney Harrison and BB are arguably top 3 in the whole league at their respective positions.

Well I suppose the Saban at #4 could fall under the Losman argument...had they actually used it there!

I've never seen four fullbacks on an All-Star team before ;)

As a general rule, I enjoy reading what you write, but I hate pointing out Saban has never started a game as head coach either in the NFL, but he won't be #4 for long.

I'd cut Brien. We've all seen how well he kicks when the pressures on ;)

It seems alright to me, Nate Clements probably won't be a Bill in '06 and I thought that Sam Madison was the best CB in the Afc East last year. Perhaps Bowens and Chester were left off because they were injured last year. Curtis Martin behind Dillon is ridiculous IMO. Also I think Deion Branch is a better WR than Givens, Mike Williams was average last year and nothing special and Trey Teague is being converted to tackle for the Bills. Shaun Ellis isn't even in the same class as Jason Taylor. Of course fans will be biased, i'm sure if Dolphans made an "all-star" team there would be a bunch of bias picks also.

Yeah, but Mularkey makes Wrongstadt look like a genius.
