Would you rather us win our next two games, win the division, but then go out of the play-offs in the first round? Or...

We get into the play-offs through the wild card, win our 1st round match, but then lose the next game.

My question is, would it be better to show a division championship title for our efforts this season? Or for the first time in years, experience a play off win?

Both have pro's and con's (not getting to the SuperBowl the biggy lol) but both could mean different things in the future.

For me, id rather win the division. What a season that would be...

Just thought id make a slow day a bit more enjoyable with this...

Give me the playoff win . . . as it stands that game would be @ the Jets or @ the Patriots . . . so winning that would make up for not winning the division.

I don't think we get in unless we win the division, so I say we get both! If I had to choose I"d take the playoff win!

Give me the division, give me the playoff wins, give me give me give me
tis the season to be greedy fellas!!

Like our MVP said..."I'm a closer coach" lets close out this year the way we should, AFC EAST CHAMPS !!
1-15 to 11-5 read that again guys....it feels so good doesn't it

Definitely rather a playoff win. A division title would be nice, but if it means going home immediately.....why would you want that?

The giants and steelers won the super bowl 2 of the last 3 years by running the table as a WC on the road. No division titles, but Super Bowl Champions. I doubt they would trade that.

As far as I can tell, we need ALOT of help for a wildcard.

That said, I'd rather win the division anyhow. Next year we can worry about going deeper in the Playoffs.

Besides, AFC East champs means one more home game:)

In order for us to get in the playoffs as a wild card then we will need to avoid the Ravens which they would easily beat us for the spot due to "head to head" criteria. So we are currently tied at the moment and if the ravens lose one of their last games and we win both then we are in.
Tie Breaker if teams end up 10-6

Colts 10-6 (if They lose their next 2 games then they will be 8-4 conference)
Ravens 10-6 (7-5 if they lose against dallas and win against Jacksonville)
Miami 10-6 (win against chiefs and loss against Jets) 7-5
Patriots 10-6 (loss to arizona and win against buffalo) 7-5

If this were to be an scenario that is likely

Dolphins and Patriots will be tied for a 7-5 record since its conference record and the rules for strength of victory will apply since they have similar divisional and conference records. Even if the Dolphins were to win that battle they would need the Ravens to lose both games so they can have the upper hand. If the Ravens and the Dolphins were to each lose a game each then the Ravens will win due to head to head. The colts already have their spot locked out at an 8-4 conference record even if they lose 2 games.

So in other words, Miami has to win the Division! There could be a possability that the Patriots lose against Buffalo and Arizona.
