This Is My House
NOTE: Buffalo is on their twice, the last one is supposed to be the JETS. So if you vote JETS, pick the 4th one.
As the AFC East is changing and NE is being dethroned, BUF is sitting on top, but I think they are overrated. Meanwhile, MIA is very underrated. The Jets remain a question, but still have lot to prove.
Buffalo Bills
The Bills are a dominant team in the AFC alongside the Titans and SD. They have a great QB in Trent Edwards, but he's down with a concussion which could be a disaster for BUF. With Trent Edwards, BUF will most likely win the division and do good in the playoffs. As of now, I think the Bills are going to be 11-5.
Record: 4-0
New England Patriots
The Patriots, so far, have had a bad season, to say the least. Their star QB, Tom Brady, the man who led the team to 3 SB's and a 18-1 season, is out for the season. Cassel, who has not really played since high school, has been blown out by Miami, the once door mat team of the NFL last year. If NE continues to lose, time to hit the panic button. Their fan base will depleted if they continue to lose (Band wagoners), but I think they will be fine. As of now, I think the Patriots are going to be 7-9.
Record: 2-1
New York Jets
The Jets looked very impressive against the Cardinals after a disastrous blow out by SD 2 weeks ago. The Offense appears to be clicking together, but I don't think they will win the division with all due respect. They scored 56 points on a team that destroyed MIA and is doing good against BUF. However, the Jets don't have a bright future like MIA and BUF. Favre must have a couple of more TD's before this team can be a contender. They are on the right track after the ARZ game. However, Saban made MIA a win now team and that led them to 2 losing seasons. As of now, I think the Jets are going to be 8-8.
Record: 2-2
Miami Dolphins
MIA has had a surprising good season so far. Defeating both SD and NE in back to back games, is a huge success, as both teams were in the AFC Championship game. The Wild Cat Formation still doesn't have an answer to be stopped, but it eventually will. With all the hard work and soul, MIA could possibly be Wild Card team. Not winning the division, MIA will compete for a Wild Card spot. BUF and MIA are rising teams, so expect them to be the powerhouses of the AFC soon, where BUF is now, coming off an 7-9 season. As of now, I think the Dolphins are going to be 9-7.
Record: 2-2
So...
AFC Standings
BUF 11-5
MIA 9-7
NYJ 8-8
NE 7-9
I think if Miami beats SD, in which they did, they would be contending for the Wild Card. If MIA goes 3-2, then I definitely will stick with my predictions. However, I could be wrong and the AFC East is still up for grabs.
