Patriots | Team will miss Branch

John Tomase, of the Boston Herald, reports <A href="http://www.kffl.com/team/24/nfl">New England Patriots players are sad to see former teammate, WR Deion Branch headed to the Seattle Seahawks. "When you look at Deion Branch, he embodies everything we want in a football player," DE Richard Seymour said. "Everything we talk about, the kind of guy we want on this football team, he did as good a job as anybody of embodying that. It's a tough day for a lot of guys on this football team."
Could this be an emotional let down for this team that maybe expected his return to be a boost. If you look at Baseball and how when a team makes a big pickup it seems to lift the team as a sign the owners are trying to truly bring a championship IMO this trade sent a message to Seattle that we are going for it and the Pats that we are looking to stock up for the future not this year. I know Miami needs to focus on their own problems and not anyone else's but it sure looks like NE has lost ALOT of talent.
