Well, would you look at that, it seems that Jay has fewer INTS than Rich Gannon, Steve McNair, Peyton Manning, and Brian Griese. Wait a second, haven't every one of those QBs been to the probowl in the last two years? Wow, I think they have. With that said, I'm interested in the garbage that is going to be said to challenge these statistics.

EXCUSE ME SIR......

Ahem.....

Excuse me, but there is no way that statistical breakdown is correct sir. Everyone knows that Jay Fiedler finished last in every category related to being a QB.....just as the Dolfinhaters.

Jay had the same amount of interceptions as Griese, Manning struggled like crazy and had 23, but where are you getting that he had less than McNair and Gannon. McNair had 12 and Gannon had 9.

Gee... the Jests fans must be boiling to see Vinny Testicle with a lower rating than Jay...
and Vinny had the best RB in the AFC in his backfield. Jay has Lamar "Hands of stone" Smith last year and no OL.

Am I reading that wrong? I thought it seemed odd Gannon would have so many picks. Still, it makes a good point. I'm just waiting for dolphinators to come in and say, so what if he has more TDs than INTs, and if he has a rating of 80.3. He can't beat playoff teams. When Garrison Hearst was running all over the defense, Jay should have benn out there next to Zack tacking him. Oh yea, when the O-line was letting everyone and thir grandma through, Jay should have been there picking up the blitz AND throwing the perfect strike to Chambers down the sideline. When Marshall Faulk was making a mockery of our defense, Jay should have been there moving off blocks and tackling him for loss. Oh yea, and when Lamar fumbled at the goal line against the Pats, Jay should have been right there, picking up the fumble, despite having thrown it a few seconds before. Damn that Fiedler.

I can't believe we keep talking so much about a second string QB like Jay Fiedler is. Jay is average, mediocre, second string material and that's all he ever will be people. Accept his limitations and get on with your life. Jay WILL NEVER be as good as Dan Marino was, trust me. Jay will never make you say "He looks like John Elway in his prime" or "Jay guns the ball downfield like Brett Favre". Some of you people need to stop acting like Jay is some type of God that you have to bow down and give worship to. You need to accept the truth whether you like it or not. The truth IS the truth so face up to it and live with the fact that Jay will never be more then an average QB in the NFL.

See SCRAP, that's your problem! Nobody is comparing Jay Fiedler to Dan Marino, Brett Favre or John Elway. The only person that is making those comparision is you!!!! We all accept the fact that Fiedler will never be any of those quaterbacks, but again; who can be? Just because he (Jay) won't be as good as the aforementioned qbs doesn't mean he won't be any good. You need to get over it and face the fact that Dan is retired and won't be coming back. Jay is the Dolphins qb for now and whether you like it or not, he's led the Fins to two consecutive 11-5 seasons. Yeah yeah his record is 1-2 in the playoffs, but if Jay is so bad than tell me one thing, what is Peyton Manning's playoff record? I clue you in if you don't know..................HE HASN'T WON ONE FREAKIN' PLAYOFF GAME YET!!!!! So is Jay better than Peyton? IMO, no. That's the point that BMARION 31 and so many others have been trying to put through that thick skull of yours, it takes a completely well-balanced team to win playoff games, not just a qb!

Second string? I could've sworn Fiedler was the starter in Miami! Mediocre? Did you even look at the stats, I know it was rather hard to make out but 7th ranked AFC translates into better than average! Without the stats in your face Jay is still better than mediocre! Dan Marino? NO! John Elway? NO! Favre? NO! Just trying to be a better Jay Fiedler! Stop trying to make apple jucie outta oranges, enjoy Jay for what he is.............. a strong glass of SUNNY DELIGHT!

Sunny Delight? lol, never seen that comparison. I never knew these Jay bashers thought we were putting Jat on the same level as Favre and Marino. Where did they get that idea? Scrap Iron, you say that Jay is second string and could never win a Super Bowl? Tell me about Tom Brady. Can you tell me why he is second string? I can tell you why he was second string in Minnesota and Jacksonville: Randall Cunningham and Mark Brunell. Mike Shanahan, an offensive guru, and one of the best evaluators of offensive talent in the NFL, has a great respect for Fiedler, and has publicly said it. I think I'll take his opinion, and the opinion of Wanny-Spiel, over yours any day.

For your information, I'd take Tom Brady over Jay Fiedler anyday. And by the way, Jays record vs. playoff teams is 2-8. In other words Jay is not a big game QB. Accept the truth Fiedler lovers. After this season you'll all be saying "Geez I wish we had a better QB, if we did we may have made it to the Superbowl".
