Great article by Senior NFL Columnist Pete Prisco. Worth clicking the link below
"After three weeks of the NFL season, the Miami Dolphins defense was 30th in the league in points allowed, had just given up five touchdowns to the Kansas City Chiefs, and players were privately grumbling about the scheme.
Six weeks later, the Dolphins are third in scoring defense (18.9), third in total defense, first in yards per play at 4.7, second in passing yards per game, fourth in sacks per game at 3.1 and third in completion percentage against. The run defense, which yielded 174 yards to the Chiefs that day without Jamaal Charles, has improved to 12th in the league.
If the numbers don't say it, I will: This Dolphins defense is one of the best in the NFL, if not the best."
