Well after this rollercoaster season I want to see a new helmet design and maybe the fins wearing there orange jerseys for all there home games and the teal for the aways white for tb with old fin logo we must have the friendliest mascot in the nfl LOL teams come in and they play a happy dolphin I am just venting after a loss to the texans I got tickets from my wife for xmas drove 2 hrs two the game to watch us almost come back oh the taste of defeat stinks. haha go fins:chuckle:
 
It sounds crazy but I think your on to something, we need something to change and the uni's are a good start I would love to switch back to the 70's versions back when we were a dynasty. Then maybe some guys would have some pride wearing those jerseys. Maybe give out some old #'s like give hilliard 39 for sconka then have sconk call him and tell him not to destroy the rep of the jersey #. LOL

Give Bess OJ's old number 81 they seem like a decent match. IDK who else?
 
NO ! no more all white unis we need a different color helmet or a second helmet. leave the logo alone.

the other afc east teams all have two color helmet whie we have the same damn white helmet as usual.

I say we need a black jersey and black helmet for the traveling games where a aqua helmet and white jersey at home and in games where there is snow pleas e wear the orange jerseys and aqua pants so we can see our guys on tv to stop the glare.

actualy a aqua helment witha circle in gray on it with the same logo would be a welcome change. I am so sick of white I can almost rather we lose every game in them and that is how i feel about white .
diferent uniforms of three colors is plenty two different color helmets would be very soothing for these weary eyes.

I hate to burst your bubble its still football season just not for the dophins. besides how many MORE Ricky , Ginn and Gerbil threads can we afford ?:boohoo:
 
Lets just change our name to the Land Sharks and have a mean old looking shark instead of a Dolphin on the helmet.......I kid, I kid.
 
Seriously the team needs a revamp something to play for with pride I mean look how good the bucs did when they changed uni's they won the SB. Not sayin we wanna be like the bucsjust look at them now LOL but something needs to change. How bout the finheaven logo from the store that one looks BA Mixed with a black top uni black helmet and black pants for all away game and put the teal stripe down the side
for home games go with the orange
 
Whats the obsession with our logo being too "friendly"? Seriously, is this a masculinity issue?

No they don't. The other teams wore throw back uniforms. They are all original AFC teams. The base color on the Dolphins helmet has always been white. We would look like clowns with aqua or coral helmets.
 
I like the black color idea and the shark for a logo idea.

Maybe we can make Al Pacino our coach too.
 
Even I have to admit it's too early to be talking about uniforms. Let's wait until after FA and the draft. There is always a really slow part in the offseason to discuss this stuff.

But, since this thread is already here, I just can't resist because I think our uniforms are REALLY outdated. With the color combo likened to Miami Vice outfits and the logo looking like it's straight out of a Disney cartoon, it speaks volumes of corny to me. I do agree with the need to change the uniform a bit, just not any black (except the shoes...the black shoes this year look sick....hate the white shoes) and not any different colored helmets.

I really liked the orange jerseys this year combined with the black shoes. Maybe I will work on a gray and orange mock uniform this offseason with aqua as the accent color (as opposed to the aqua and gray mock uni below). Ha. It's the first time I've been inspired by this team in weeks. How sad.
