Wipe away all the question marks. (Injury, Character, Drugs, Work Ethic, and on and on and on) ... and assuming a good workout at the combine and allstar practices he would be a sure fire top ten pick.
But, he has a looooooooong list of question marks and my guess is WITH them, and reports that he has let himself become out of shape, which usually equals poor to mediocre workouts, my guess is he would be a late 2nd to high 3rd round pick...
Which is why he is projected by most to go in the 3rd/4th round in the supplemental draft. If he shows p to his workout in PHENOMENAL shape and blows away scouts with his athleticism he MIGHT get someone willing to spend a 2nd, but I think at this point the likelihood of that happening is slim to none. Basically it all comes down to his workout and interviews.
