Al Saunders???

Anyone have any info on Al Saunders? I know some say he got a rotten deal when they brought in Herm Edwards to coach KC instead of giving it to Saunders. He had a tremendous offensive running game in KC and now in Washington, Clinton Portis went down for the year and Ladell Betts has come in and done very well. So he's had a lot of success with his offenses. Thoughts?

Im mixed. I hear good things about him, but that Redskin O was a real dog this year. They had some injuries and QB issues, but Saunders was basically hired to make that thing a machine and he didnt.

Id rather chase a few others first, but I dont think I would be upset with Saunders.

He Coached the Chargers a few years back and was terrible.

I agree Saunders has put together an impressive running attack as an OC in the NFL, but i want more then that. Mularkeys put up a good amount 1000 yard backs as an OC, i think that proves that just cause an OC can run the ball does not mean he can put together an offense that can handle it when it counts.
