I am not sure, but I dont think he has the size to play in the 3-4.We already have one undersided middle backer. Thomas is already a little under sized for the 3-4. I would love to see us go out and get some one to play LT.. No more LBS for now.

From everything I have read/heard here in Colorado, they are shopping him bacause he is going to be 30 in June, they don't want to pay him $5 million for this upcoming season, and D.J. Williams is likely going to be moved to the MLB position. I am kind of surprised they would do this as Al has been a very good player, solid tackler and leader of their D. I don't care if he goes to an NFC team, as long as the Jets, Pats, and Bills don't get him.

I remember Al had to be carried off the field due to a serious neck injury about a year or two ago. I would not be surprised if he failed a physical due to this.

Approaching 30 next year and his highest value would be right now as he passes his prime. Also the salary is high, and we need to upgrade the D-line.
that was John Mobley, but Wilson did have a sore neck this year.
