alabi, pearson, teyo johnson (who will not be on season roster) ?

I would say Teyo will be the only one not making it... Alabi is Houck's project and Pearson is amidst a starting tackle battle.. Teyo doesnt seem to fit in.
 
Alabi might not be as good as McIntosh or Pearson, but he could be in a couple more years. Houck liked this guy for a reason. So he should be a lock.

McIntosh, maybe not. But Pearson? I think there's a strong possibility he's better than Pearson. There's a reason Pearson sat on the market forever until we signed him to a one year deal right before the draft.
 
I highly doubt Teyo Johnson makes the team now unless he really impresses in camp. I was kind of psyched when we first signed him because of his athletic ability. Then I did a little reading on him. Lindy's NFL Preview called him "overconfident" and "tough to coach". Doesn't sound like a Saban player.

As for Pearson and Alabi, this is Alabi's second year and he needs to be able to contribute, at the very least as a top backup. If Pearson stays healthy, I see him making the team as a top backup.

Wasn't Pearson regarted as a pretty good tackle in his first two years in the leauge? I know his last two years he has missed alot of games and that was the reason why the Jags drafted Barnes.

Teyo better stay on the roster. I have him in Madden and he is awesome in the redzone. He is like 6-6 and jumps at 92. I get inside the 5 and lob a little hitch route and he can be triple covered and still gets it. We CAN'T let him off the roster. Someone needs to tell Saban that it would be too costly to our Madden franchises to even consider letting him go.:goof:

madden doesnt translate to real life man sorry. i think they will all be on the roster to be honest with you.teyo will be our 3rd TE behing Peele.

I think Heinrich makes the team over Johnson for the third TE position. This will be a great TC because there are only a few positions that are locks, and everybody else will be fighting for their life.

Pearson is probably much better than Alabi will ever be but Alabi is young and less expensive, plus was drafted last year so he will get more leeeway than a Pearson who has been injured. Alabi is not even close to Pearson but he is younger and cheaper.
