He is I just read it on kffl, well maybe not official but he has not signed as of yet

Seahawks RB Shaun Alexander has shown no interest in signing the team's franchise tender offer, which could signal a potential holdout. Seattle can't require him to attend minicamps or training camp until he signs, which at this point doesn't appear imminent. The two sides have until March 16 to reach a long-term deal, otherwise there can be no further negotiations until July.
