First, Matt Moore has done an outstanding job this season. He has earn the right to compete for the starting job in training camp. I have read many post referring to Matt Flynn as just another backup. I would submit to you there is a major different between being a backup to Chad Henne and a back up to Arron Rodgers. IMO Rodgers is the number one QB in the NFL. Also, I have been a fin fan for 40 years, I think WH was a good owner, however, I always felt he had only one foot in the NFL door. Mr. Ross IMO has both feet in the door. I will admit he has made some major miss steps but I feel he is completely committed to bring the dolphins back. The hiring of Philbin was a great step forward. IMO he is the right man at the right time, much better hire than Fisher. We fans have had a bad taste in our mouth for much too long, but some fans never seem happy with any moves. Let's all take a deep breath and look to the future. I feel Mr. Ross is finally on the right track, let's all give the man and leadership a break. Go Fins!
