I think people overestimate the talent on the roster.

I've brought it up over the years and I've been lambasted over the years.

No chicken salad from chicken ****, end of story.
 
let's make like 6 talented players walk, squander talent on the bench, and then make excuses for our **** coaching staff and take no responsibility. Im done with Gase/Tannehill/Tannebaum all these clowns.

I think you’re over estimating the talent of Jones, wake (at this point in his career), Baker, and quite possibly Fitzpatrick. That said Burke is an idiot and his scheme makes good players look mediocre and mediocre players look like dig ****
 
Yeah Ross needs to fully commit or handoff to someone that will. His half measures gutted this franchise the last 10+ years
 
Sure there are plenty of holes that needs filled. Most teams can say that but it doesn't need "blown up" and completely re-built. They simply need a real QB and a competent coaching staff. There's talent on this team they just need some leadership in the form of a QB and coaches.
 
Burke and his scheme suck but many of the players have been disappointing or playing out of position.

With all this team has invested in that defensive line, it is unacceptable that there is absolutely no pass rush. A real defense would have pounded Watson tonight.

Sad to say but it looks like Wake is done. Quinn does not finish when he has the chance. We all know Branch is overpaid for the caliber of player he has been, Harris is either invisible or hurt. The Dolphins will have to draft another DE, CB LB, and DT.

Get rid of TJ McDonald he misses way too many tackles and is a liability in coverage. Move Minkah to FS. Bobby McCain needs to move back to the slot. Give Tank another shot at boundary CB with the plan in place to draft another CB in the 1st or 2nd round in the upcoming draft.
 
Really need to consider blowing up the entire defense. Starting with Burke. At this point I would only keep the young DTs, Howard, Baker, Quinn and Fitzpatrick. Get rid of everyone else. Jones needs traded. He’s decent. But it’s time to build a defense without an expensive, coverage lacking, injury prone on the wrong side of 30 player. McDonald was a mistake signing. Wake, sorry man go away or retire. You ain’t got any more. Defense after a dreadful performance vs Detroit actually got worse.
