ESPN is currently counting down the top draft classes of all time from each team, and then seeding those draft classes against each other in a tournament.

The top 16 are still out there, and they have yet to do the Dolphins. I'm no Dolphins history buff, especially when it comes to draft classes. Which class do you think will be #1?

I would say 1983. Miami drafted Dan Marino, who is in the conversation for best player ever, in round 1. In round 8 they got Mark Clayton, a guy who has a shot at the Hall of Fame. They also drafted Reggie Roby, who was one of the best punters during his time in the NFL. The Dolphins drafted Larry Csonka and Jim Kiick in the same draft, I believe 1968 or 1969 so that might be considered. Miami also had some nice drafts in the late 1970's putting together the pieces that made a championship run in 1982 and 1984.

Wasn't this done last year and the Steelers had a draft with 2 HOF's and a multi-year pro-bowler all in the same draft???

Yep...just found it....'74. Swan, Lambert, Stallworth and Webster in a single draft...
