The good thing on his resume is that those organization drafted Baker Mayfield, Jordan Love, and Drake Maye while he was with them. When Baker was drafted he was Vice President of Player Personnel with the Browns, so he was highly involved with that decision. That was 7 years ago however. Now he is some kind of executive with NE. They had decent to good draft the last two season while he was there.
I would check his pulse for Super Bowl, and if he has a winning or outdated philosophy. Definitely worthy of an interview.
