Who would you rather have and why? To right this ship even if it means we are looking for another coach in 3-5 years though the possibility is they stay around longer. Or do we go with a hotshot coordinator that may be the next Don Shula (The Holy Grail)??????:)

Shanahan. I have read that he wanted to draft Tannehill instead of RGIII. If anyone could lift Tannehill to good instead of average, it would probably be Shanahan.

I agree on Shanahan. 100% respect for Coughlin, but I just think Shanahan could do much more with this team

After a positive reaction to the Shanahan news the more I've read about him I'm honestly coming back to sticking with Campbell and giving him a full offseason and experienced OC (Saunders) & DC - I hate this shambles of an organisation.

I get a sickly feeling that if we let Campbell go he'll get a shot someplace else and do really well.

Coughlin first, if he is not an option then I would prefer Shanahan over any other candidate. Both have been successful in this league and that's what I believe this team needs right now. No more experiments for the time being. Go with experience this time around.

Team Coughlin. I feel like he did it with less talent.

Is there another choice ?

I wish I could be in the meeting when/if we interview Mcdaniels...I'm leaning this way.

Although Coughlin has owned the Patriots.

Shanahan.. younger, can work with Tannehill and can take a random mid round RB acorn and turn him into a 1000yd rusher. Beyond that, he has something to prove to Snyder and a few years of decompressing and introspection to come out firing on all cylinders. Coughlin is not a bad consolation prize but he really could use some time to recoop rather than jumping from the frying pan into the fire.

I'll take either but prefer shanahan

Leaning towards Shanahan but Coughlin will do fine by me.

Neither, I think time has caught up to both and feel their washed up. If I had to pick I'd take shanny

Coughlin wouldn't bother me but i like the fact that Shanny has had a few years off
